Hello! My name is Jason Roberge and I am a licensed Realtor with EXIT Realty Nexus. I serve the entire Twin Cities Metro Area, with an emphasis on the Northern suburbs, including but not limited to Anoka County, Washington County, Ramsey County, Hennepin County, and Isanti County.

I began my real estate career in 2002 and have worked with several of big-name brokerages. My current brokerage, EXIT Realty Nexus provides me with the tools and support I need to run my business successfully and to best serve my clients. 

My current designations include ABR, GRI, SRES, and CREN. 

The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates to peers and consumers a commitment to providing outstanding service to real estate buyers.

REALTORS® with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.

REALTORS^® who carry the Seniors Real Estate Specialist^® (SRES^®) designation are specially qualified to address the real estate needs of those aged 50+. 

As a CREN, Certified Real Estate Negotiator, I am trained and experienced in the different approaches to negotiating, the psychology of buying, and principles of persuasion which allows me to get the best terms for my clients.

When I am not working with my clients, I enjoy spending time with family and doing hobbies such as playing guitar, woodworking, and metal detecting.
