Home Inspections

It is important to consider obtaining a home inspection by a competent, well-trained inspector. A professional home inspector conducts a thorough visual survey of a property's structure, systems, and site conditions and prepares an analytical report that is valuable to both purchasers and home owners.

The inspector examines the property from the chimney to the basement, being alert to deterioration, water intrusion, mechanical, or other observable problems.

Certain cities require that the seller provide an additional inspection called a Truth in Housing or Truth in Sale report prior to listing the home for sale, however, we always recommend buyers obtain their own personal home inspection prior to making a decision to purchase a home.
